The Basic Backpack Chair along with most Rio Beach chairs typically come with a 1-year limited warranty that covers defects in materials and workmanship. The warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, normal wear and tear, or unauthorized modifications. For specific details, it's best to check the warranty information included with your chair or contact the manufacturer directly. For the first 30 days after the chair is received, we will stand behind this chair and correct any issues due to these defects in materials and workmanship. For the remainder of the warranty we will assist with contacting the manufacturer and getting the warranty taken care of.
