Because each order is made to your specific measurements, all correctly sewn custom sized director chair covers are NON-RETURNABLE. If you receive a cover set with measurements that are significantly different from what you submitted, please contact us and we will investigate and correct any mistakes made on our end. Please note, a slight tolerance applies—measurements that are only 1/8" off do not qualify as incorrect sizing.
