There is a 60-day warranty on all director chair replacement covers, offering a full replacement at no charge if the cover fails within that period due to material failure or quality issues. A warranty is valuable as it provides protection and assurance for your purchase. Although Sunbrella® fabric is a great fabric to use outdoors, it is not intended to be left outdoors. Leaving this outdoors when not in use can cause the material to fade and fail and is considered misuse. Misuse and abuse will void all warranty.
