The seat loop is the width of the pocket where the stick slides in that attaches the seat to the chair frame. This measurement is determined by having the seat fully removed from the chair, laid out completely flat, and measuring from the edge to the first stitch line you come to. This is typically a small measurement that will measure anywhere from 1/2" to 1.5". Sometimes if the frame is metal and the metal tubes go through the loops, this measurement can be larger.
